Question 1

I was hit on SH3 near New Plymouth — can I get a replacement vehicle?

Yes. The SH3 coastal route around Taranaki is a frequent crash site. If you weren't at fault, we deliver a free like-for-like replacement vehicle across the region at no cost to you.

Question 2

Do you deliver to Stratford, Hawera and wider Taranaki?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We cover the whole region — New Plymouth, Bell Block, Waitara, Inglewood, Stratford and Hawera. We bring a comparable vehicle to your home or workplace.

Question 3

Can you deliver my courtesy car to my panel beater in New Plymouth?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We regularly deliver to panel shops across New Plymouth — Fitzroy, Spotswood and the CBD — and to repairers in Stratford, Hawera and the smaller towns. Your damaged car goes to the repairer you've chosen, and your replacement vehicle meets you there.

Question 4

I rely on a work ute around the Taranaki energy and farming sector — can you match it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide like-for-like, so if your damaged vehicle was a ute or van used for farming, contracting or the energy sector, we'll supply a comparable one to keep you working.

Question 5

How quickly can I get a courtesy car in New Plymouth?

Accepted Answer

We arrange Taranaki deliveries as fast as possible, often the same day. Call 0800 024 100 any time — we operate 24/7.

Question 6

What does it cost a not-at-fault Taranaki driver?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. We recover the full cost from the at-fault driver's insurer, so there's no charge to you.
